I think it's funny that Loren took pictures of us cleaning the bathroom...that tells you how novel it is to actually have the kids doing chores! But not anymore! I'm being a good mom and making my kids work! It was really fun to have them help me clean the bathroom! They actually kind of got excited about it too.
Luke got to do the toilet and Mitch got to clean all the mirrors in the house and clean the sink. The trick is to find something that they are both happy about doing, and not fighting over who gets the better end of the deal. I was the taskmaster, cracking the whip and making sure the job was done right.

What great pictures!! i have to get my boys to help me clean the bathroom. Because most of the mess is theirs if you know what I am talking about and I am sure you do!!. Oh and Claire loves her "simmysuity" too.
Taskmaster, I love it. I just took a discipline class at BYU, you are going to be amazed at what we were taught. Get this, you are rarely allowed to say, "Mitch you need to clean the bathroom or else you will not get books tonight." The teacher promised us a better way but I am afraid I have already ruined them with my threat approach.
